Moto Organization List

I invite everyone to post any associations, organizations, clubs or groups that are involved ACTIVELY with OFF-ROAD motorcycle rights.

These are the people that we need to express our wishes to in helping us to achieve our goals as off-roading enthusiasts.... Off-Road is the general term for all of us that enjoy DIRT!!!!

Go visit these sites and feel free to become a member if you like what they have to offer. But rememeber, your membership is more than just a check, its an opportunity for you to tell them what you expect in return.

Heres a few to start:

American Motorcyclist Association

http://www.ama-d36.org/

Welcome to the BlueRibbon Coalition

Americans For Responsible Recreational Access

http://www.corva.org

California League of Off Road Voters

Northwest Motorcycle Association (NMA) - Dedicated to the preservation of off-road motorcycling

Too bad a showing like this couldn't have been organized at the state capitol Monday. It's another the right doesnt know what the left is doing and losing a chance to show those that need to be shown (lawmakers;OHV comm) that we do exist instead of letting one clubs legislative chief do the footwork of the rest of the membership.

Re: Moto Organization List

Well to be honest, (and the basis for my frustration) is that picture is what I was fully expecting to be going on at our state captiol...

Ive been at the Oregon State Captiol when you couldnt get another person onto the front steps and into the front doors... Its a very liberating experience.

Oh and that was with Oregon ABATE:

ABATE of Oregon Official Website

ABATE Of California

Support the street riders that support us too. (some of them)

Ive heard of ABATE- like I said, some real good stuff, but obviously since it's just you and me jawing, it'll come to a nearest MX track as well. for those who just ride as one says. I know more than just the two or three of us can appreciate it. I was kind of expecting something similar, but this is why were in the mess were in. Years of passing down the activism is only suppose to create better, not worse laws. Soon with the climate change well be either riding cycles with tons of emission controls that add weight or as my college professor said, there is at least one snowmobile manu. that has a fuel inj. two stroke that easily passes even in Cal. The Klines will find another way to shut it down. The no noise except car law. Matter of time.
