The thing I dont understand... is why would you worry about blindfolding them if your gonna shoot them from behind?... and giving them knee pads if all the damage is at the back of the head? maybe a pillow too so they dont hit their head on the ground when they fall face first?

Kinda doesnt make much sense do it?

I dont think I would waste the bullet on this guy... I think it would be more apprapo <s> to just show up after his gardner every week and do a donut on his front lawn with a dirtbike... 2-stroke no less for the ambient sound effects also. just so he could live on day to day knowing that we all continue to get our full pleasure of riding and getting our exercise on his front lawn....

Nope, not a "mommy" here. Just a law-abiding citizen who knows that death threats can be considered to be a VERY serious matter by LE.

Re: Senators Letter of Defiance

hrlyman,

The thing to realize is we are not dealing with rationale people. These are the kind of people that are not in touch with reality. Example, if you provided the pillow for their head to land on you have now taken responsibility for their comfortable fall to death and if the fall turns out bad you have now opened yourself up to be sued for this unfortunate turn of events. These people are in the same group as the environmentalists that state the little polar bear in Germany has the right and should be allowed to die and that it should not be saved??
Question:
Did they ask the little bear if he would rather die or live?
Do they even care or is it all about them?
Funny:
They will go to all lengths to stop the demise of a friggin blue beaked underbelly crotch dwelling tree owl by stopping OHV riders to use 2% of the habitat but it's ok to let a baby Polar bear starve to death even though we have all the power in the world to stop it??? These people only have their interest in mind. No compromise is possible. I have seriously met people like this in my 40+ years and there is no negotiating with them. It's win or lose. We must win through numbers and education

Re: Senators Letter of Defiance

I absolutely agree with you Pred05... it is WIN IT or LOSE IT!!!... and once its lost, it is so much harder to get it back. That is the plain and simple truth of how this whole system works. I have learned that with my prior experiences with our democratic system up in Oregon. Oregon use to be much more of a Free Choice State.... well those choices have been taken away becasue people "fell asleep at the wheel" at they werent watching when the rulemakers made changes... Now they've been fighting for more than 10 years to try to get back what they already had once and .... well they just keep fighting....

In fact Mr. Kline is from the great state of Washington and as you can see by the turnout (photos at their capitol) THEY WON their battle against his rediculous and calous behaviour and they all got to rub it in his face. Unfortunately at this point he is still one of their State Senators which is a travesty for this entire country!...

In my opinion I wouldnt give him a blindfold, knee pads, a pillow or a bullet, but I would like to give him an "education"...

Too bad youre the exact rider this Senator refers too-hope he doesnt hear about this to take back to his constituants. Your opinion, but I believe there's a law on books regarding "alleged" or "passing" threats on a lawmakers life. Maybe you'll get a visit from youre local FBI agent near you.
Opinions are fine and their yours; but before you make a "passing" comment like that, especially involving a legal official, think of the rest of the motorcycle communties and the ammo you just gave a clown that sounds like he's a miserable person in the first place. You just validated everything he said about us.

Lucky, the rather large protest they had on the steps of their Capitol saved their cause. Next time, like here in Cally, it may not be the case.

Some things get taken seriously no matter how much of a joke it is intended to be. One of those involves things to never say in an airport in reference to explosives. Another involves the President of the United States.

SOME THINGS ARE BEST LEFT UNSAID. What you stated is one of them in my eyes. Get over it.
