We started racing at Sac raceway last year and really had a great time. It is cool when all the 50 riders get trophys just for participating. It was/is a good place to start. They always have a great turn out and it seemed to be a cool deal.
Once the Fall season was over, we started looking at other races. We luckily found Argyll. I have always known about it as I am a Vacaville Resident, but now they were supposed to have the MotoGod taking care of it. In 02 I went to Argyll and it wasn't anywhere near as good as back in the 80's when I was a teenager. Now they are better.
I am so glad we found this track. Everyone there is just fantastic and we have grown to really like them all. From the flaggers, ladies in the ticket booth, snack bar lady, her niece Macayla <sp>, the Sextons, Tom, Winner winner Chicken dinner, Ethan, and the rest are great. Mike has even chauffeured Morgan around on a bulldozer once. Good stuff.
We have found our Motocross family and are now starting to set up a Pee Wee training session for a few of us that are into this addicting sport. Can't wait to see the results.
We like the competition at Sac but really prefer your family atmosphere you got going. Keep up the great work Argyll! We will be showing up to all of your events. Club Moto next Sunday !!!!!!!
