At the Clinic we will be working on:

Breaking Drills – learning when to use front and rear brake

Ride Position – where to be sitting on the bike and when to be standing. Good feet position to prevent injury. Body position in corners and when jumping.

Starts – When you are racing starts are key, so we will work on helping you get a good jump.

At Clinics we break down the track and work certain sections over and over and later carry what we’ve worked on into new sections and then put it all together with riding the entire track.
